Ray Nassar is a passionate student, researcher, and leader with a strong commitment to advancing science, education, and community service. His academic achievements include conducting innovative research on cancer biomarkers and studying the impact of vegetative barriers on air pollution, earning prestigious recognition at the Connecticut Science & Engineering Fair. These accomplishments reflect his dedication to addressing critical global challenges and contributing to the scientific community.
In addition to his research, Ray has demonstrated a deep commitment to service. He has volunteered over 200 hours tutoring students in math and English at the Boys & Girls Club, where he played a leadership role in mentoring young learners and encouraging academic excellence. His efforts extended globally through his involvement with BuildOn, where he helped raise over $30,000 to fund the construction of primary schools in underserved communities.
